  • We specialize in weddings, but we also can plan engagement parties, showers, birthday celebrations, holiday gatherings, fundraisers, and other special events.

  • We offer both—and everything in between! Whether you need full-service planning from start to finish, partial planning, or just someone to handle the details on the day-of, we’ll tailor our services to your needs.

  • For weddings, we recommend booking at least 9–12 months in advance, especially for peak seasons. For smaller events, 2–4 months may be enough depending on your need of vendors. That said, we’re happy to accommodate timelines if our schedule allows. Keep in mind that vendors like caterers are in short supply on the Olympic Peninsula and are usually the hardest to secure vendor. Plan as early as you can.

  • We’re based in the beautiful Pacific Northwest and primarily serve the Olympic Peninsula with home base in Jefferson County. We are open to surrounding regions and select travel opportunities—just ask!

  • Our pricing is based on the scope of the event and level of support you need. After a free consultation, we’ll provide a custom quote that fits your vision and budget. We ask you to keep in mind that even small events generally have the same elements as larger events, so while the number of guests can play a role in pricing, the number of vendors, the venue, design, set-up, and breakdown, and the time we have to plan all play into your quote.
